The food in the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I felt like I was tasting cuisine from all around the world, it was like a global buffet in my mouth!

The pool water was frigid.

I recently stayed at Schlossberg Hotel and I must say, the location was fantastic. Situated high on a hill, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the town from my room. The hotel interior was recently refurbished, making everything look fresh and new. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom had a modern design. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in/out and even gave me a kettle for my room. The WiFi connection was easy to access and the speed was sufficient for streaming. The bed was comfortable and the balcony caught the afternoon sun. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel itself was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The guest parking was a bit tight, but I still managed to find a spot.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I received a warm welcome as soon as I checked in. The hotel facilities were amazing, and I particularly loved the spacious room and the beautiful balcony which offered a lovely view of the city. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by how well-maintained the hotel was. The location was perfect, and I found it easy to move around this city during my stay. Plus, the fast WIFI made it convenient for me to stay connected during my entire trip.

Great view and comfortable room with new bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several key attractions and amenities. the staff were cooperative and quickly attended to requests.

Despite the comfortable room, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep due to noise transmitting from neighbouring rooms and the busy area outside. the lack of a television channel for international news, and the request for a second pillow being fulfilled with one larger than the original, were a bit disappointing.

Enjoyed the fancy cocktails in the Lobby bar and the delicious international cuisine in the restaurant. had a great time exploring the nearby Hohenburg Castle and sandstone caves.

Oh, and I just loved how the industrial flat roof obstructed the view from my balcony. So charming.

Xmas at the hotel was an enjoyable experience. Likes include the beautiful view of the town, great location just walking distance to key places, and fast WiFi. the food in the restaurant was enjoyable. The room was nice with a balcony that had a great view of the surroundings. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful.

Dislikes were few, such as the frigid temperature of the pool water and the staff in the restaurant who seemed to be bothered by a simple request for coffee. It would have been great if more channels were available on TV.
